Awesome. This is almost the exact workout that I do. The only thing I have that is different is handstands at the beginning, holding shoulder freezes in the middle and wrestler bridge (for power head tracks) at the end.
I had to take some extra rest time for my wrists but otherwise it was a very good challenge and I feel it will help me improve my freezes a lot. Thanks again AJ
Yeah brother, I do believe i mentioned I personally warmed up with some mobility and stretched my arms for my Chair and Bridge before doing the workout 🤔 If I didn't mention it, appologises, you should absolutely warm the body up before any form of dance or exercise first to get the most out for performance, longevity and avoiding injuries
Haha thanks man! To be fair they have definitely gotten better, I've been working on improving the range of the movement using the Bridge Push Ups. Only recently have I been able to not have my feet pressed up against the wall to prevent that slipping 😂

Hey, congrats for all your work. Before this cool workout we need also to strech first, right? Or you did it directly through the workout?

Ah nice! That's the better version of the transition 💪 It's a good fun, testing work out and doesn't take much time
What types of content would you guys like to see next?
Windmill to head hollow & Barrel mills/ mill follow along training. Dope content keep it up 🙌🏾

Ever incorporated kettlebells? I believe you'd be the right person for it!
freeze stack, freeze frame, legwork, footwork. hehe
How often have you do this kind of endurance workout, or how often do you do?
This was so hard 😫
That's how you know you put in the work! Looks easy as it's all basics, but stacked together 👀 it takes it's toll 💪🤝🔥 well done for doing it!
@@AJ47SoulMavericks Thanks man. It didn’t look easy lol. I had to cheat multiple times putting my legs on the floor 😬
