So weird to see this video this evening...Limerick is celebrating the win of the All Ireland Hurling Finals and the music that's been played every where is Delores's song Dreams....so surreal~ So sad she's passed away. RIp...Delores, you would be so proud that your song is like the anthem for the win this week. I hope you are resting in peace. Congrats Limerick!

You can tell she still had her kind and shining personality, but her spirit seemed so totally broken and lost here, like she was in some dark distant place far from here. It's heartbreaking because while anyone can see how sad she looked here, she was really trying to make an effort to engage and appear happy. It must've really took a toll on her. Not to mention she had to deal with an arrest, a divorce and being in court not long before. RIP Dolores, I hope you are still watching over us and that your beautiful soul is now happy and at peace. ❤😢

A bit disconnected. But shes being treated for bipolar disorder. So her energy might be dampered due to meds. Having bipolar can suck the life out of you. It could also be early in the morning.
And In spite of all that she still seems very alert and doesn't waste time responding and laughing with the other people in the video. She's very articulate and knows what she wants to say.
People assume that those who drink do so for the fun of drinking. In reality drink is used as a substitute for local anaesthesia in order to numb pain. RIP Dolores

My 4th great grandmother was from Limerick and may have been related to the Brennan family so it would be cool to find out I'm related to her one day.
