Man that voice memo got me teary . I have a one year old and barely started to do youtube videos and thinking all these memories my son will have to watch when he's older from our camping trips together! I can't even imagine how it would feel to go on a long trip with out my little family . Awesome video . All those amazing shots definitely take time setting up
@bustabeatgeorge no problem! Wow that would mean a lot too me ! I have some camping videos if you want to check them out . Still learning to put a story line in a video. But I'm not a good talker but you've definitely been one of my inspiration ! I appreciate that
I have three little ones. I rarely go out off-road camping because I work Monday to Friday. On my days off I want to be all my three kids. I complete know where you coming from brotha. Let me tell you these videos are very much appreciated! Thank you for doing what your doing. You know what be cool. If you make a little local camping trip with dad and kids.
My friends and I used to drive out to the first spot on the weekends and camp all the time in high school. I remember seeing people get stuck in the creek crossing.
Yea I feel you...I tend to miss my wife and rabbits even if I'm gone just for a day trip lol. Also, you inspired me to get a Skotti. That thing is legit!
Great video, I remember watching your videos 3 or 4 years back, you are actually quite the chef! Now I know why you haven’t been making as many videos lately… spending more time with your family❤… Appreciate you George!!
Loved this blog a lot...first of.all I very well understand your feelings about being away from your family, especially when you have a.little kid at home.....Secondly I loved this blog more so bcz you included scenes with your interactions with fellow campers...it brings more liveliness into the blog...I suggest you include their views about the camping spots, preparing food and their adventures ....it will make the blogs more interesting. ..take care buddy ❤
Great video George! I can too relate being away from family…..EVERY time I go out to camp, I miss my son and wife…the minute I leave the house it feels like. I can say we are blessed to have supportive wife’s. Take care brotha
Great adventure and video, George ! Love how you have built your rig, too ! How much of 4WD do you use went out in your adventures? Asking bc I have a 2WD Tacoma Off Road with rear differential locker and wondering if it was do-able for my son n me to explore too. Thanks and keep up the great adventures and videos.
Stevie! Thank you watching, honestly it’s 2WD most of the time. I would always recommend just bringing some recovery gear in the case you need it. Winch, maxtrax, ect
Looks gorgeous. Had the opportunity to visit this place in March of the years with friends. Just stunning to see in this weather. Did you get in any hikes while your were there.
I think the Dometic faucet is a bit overkill for camping…and then the instant coffee???? Just get a hand grinder and a little stainless steel French press or pour over set up. It takes 4 minutes and is well worth the time and effort. You have access to some GREAT coffee roasters out on the West Coast….take advantage of that….. It costs me 10 to 20 dollars just to mail my coffee from California to South Carolina. You have been an inspiration for so many of us to get out into nature and appreciate the wonderful world we live in. Thanks for making the videos. Peace.
Such a great video! In all honesty, can you by chance give a hint of a town that this spot is near? Or something that won't give it away but will allow me to potentially find it? I know that goes against what this is all about, but I just really, really want to camp here! I'm up in WA and would love to try and experience this site. I've done the dunes and such in Florence, but this looks like another level. I understand this will garner quite a bit of hate for even asking, but it is worth a shot. I am not a UA-camr, nor would I post anything from the site. Anyways, thanks for your consideration. Great work!
