Hi ebinom! It sounds like your spider plant might be experiencing some stress. Here are a few tips that might help: 1. Make sure it’s getting enough water, but not too much. Spider plants like their soil to dry out a bit between waterings. 2. Check if it’s getting the right amount of light. They prefer bright, indirect light. 3. Consider the humidity levels. If the air is too dry, the tips can turn brown. 4. Look at the fertilizer. Over-fertilizing can also cause leaf tips to brown. Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes. 🌿😊
@@plant_gang_ Hi, thanks so much for your help! I appreciate. 🙏Yes, I agree with all you've said about my plant being stressed because I've given it an "overdose" of water, light & fertilizer! My bad!! 😔... I'm new to plant-keeping. Should I trim the browning leaves? Should I be watering from the top or bottom...how often?
@ebinom8112 No worries at all! It’s all part of the learning process. 😊 Sometimes our enthusiasm can lead to a bit of over-care, but the good news is that spider plants are quite resilient. Just dial back a bit on the water, light, and fertilizer, and your plant should start to recover soon. Keep me updated on its progress! 🌿✨
keep growing mate 😊

Please help! My spider plant leaves are curling up on the sides and the tips are turning brown! What should I do? 😥
Water them with distilled water because tap water will turn the tips brown. Spider plants don’t tolerate the chlorine and fluoride in tap water.
