My top 5-
1. Cristiano Ronaldo - one of the all time great players. What he did in the premier league was phenomenal. Ballon dor winner, trophies, his 07/08 season was one of the best individual seasons in premier league history. Even now, Man United are terrible, but he still produces and carries them.
2. Mo Salah - One of the all time great premier league players who still has a lot more to go. He may very well surpass Ronaldo’s legacy in the premier league. More trophies need to come. But what he’s done, the individuals accolades, performances, stats are obscene for a winger. His 17/18 season was insane. The records he’s broken are ridiculous. Very soon will be in the all time premier league XI.
3. Ryan Giggs - Most decorated definitely. Longevity and was a class player, particularly those early years. I think all his team accolades are enough for him to make top 3, but not enough to surpass Salah and Ronaldo. Didn’t score a lot, but when he did it mattered. An all time iconic player of the English game.
4. Eden Hazard - At times genuinely unplayable and scary. Absolute killer and such a beautiful player to watch. He had some seasons where he wasn’t great, particularly 15/16 where he was very poor. People need to remove from their minds how far he’s fallen at Madrid and remember how many individual performances he had that were match winners.
5. David Beckham - iconic player, but people just look at the celebrity and not how good he was as a player. Probably the best crosser and free kick taker we’ve had. Big game moments and trophies galore. Underrated because of his celebrity status.
6. Robert Pires - Probably one of the most underrated players in premier league history. Traditional winger who was so good in a team full of brilliant attackers like Henry and Bergkamp. So enjoyable to watch and so effective.

Ronaldo has to be first or second! 3 premier leagues in a row + 1 CL and also CL final 2009, and also cups. His 08 season is Maybe the best season of any player in the premier league era, toppscorer as a winger, freekicks, dribbling, headers, long shots and so skillful. And his allround game was much more than just Goals.

Another great show mandem 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. I think two things stand out from this show, the increased focus on stats. Hardly anyone when speaking about Salah mentioned his performances, purely his output in an era that's more focused on effectiveness and requires less all around contribution from individuals. To have Ronaldo 3rd is kind of embarassing I won't front, regardless whether his peak was at Madrid, the levels he reached at United are the greatest in Prem history, whilst leading United to 3 straight Prem titles, winning CL and the Ballon Dor. For him to be 3rd is a crime, Hazard 4th is too low given how critical he was to two Premier League winning teams and Salah 2nd is too high (should be 3rd/ 4th). Also, at the moment Salah has won 2 golden boots, if he wins this year it will be 3. Regardless, keep it up mandem 👏🏾

you guys should do the positioning like they do on sharky does sports.
Everyone picks their top 5 and then given points depending on what place they are put.
Eg, 1st place gets 5 points, 2nd place gets 4 points, 3rd place gets 3 points, 4th place gets 2 points, 5th place gets 1 point.
All the points are then calculated for each player and then put into a top 5.
This would stop the guys from voting tactically to get certain players into the top 5 and also gives an overall accurate representation of who they believe are the best 5 players on the whole
We understand the format isnt ideal but let’s say we did do the points system. What stops people voting there favourite as first so they get the 5 points? I think tactical voting is always a thing when we love the players that achieved success for our clubs regardless of format.

It's just looking messy now, do a couple honourable mentions each then reveal your five for the mix and choose. Everyone brings in their argument etc. It's clear no one knows what's going on with placements.

If you end up battling, well that's what the shows become anyway. Either decide to be non-bias or lets good arguments prevail.

Turkish should also be the only person to know who each person voted for and in what order they placed each player. He can then reveal to everyone else on the table who voted for which player in what place as you go through the top 5.

I agree with Steve that Salah is 4th on the list of all-time wingers. He's been massive part of why Liverpool have been a competitive team against City, in the Premier League, alongside VVD, Mane, Firminho, Alisson, and being coached by Jurgen Klopp. However, I do think that a majority of people overrate Salah as a player all-time. Some people debate Salah vs CR7, which I think is absolutely insane. He should never be in the debate for top 3 wingers all-time for the Prem. He's a great player, but I do feel that alot of it is recency bias. But that's just my opinion.
Also, having CR7 at 3rd in the Prem winger debate is an absolute disgrace. Ronaldo was the last player in the Prem to win a Balon d'Or. Also, yeah his peak was at Madrid, however; that's not a good argument for why he's third. CR7 as he was beginning to peak, as a player, was better than 99% of the players in the Prem at that time, and better than most of the players in the world at that time.
