Cruiseman, I did order your videos for the Goldwing and I have used them to add the TrailBlazer system and to change the oil and filter. I am sure that I will be using them even more in the future. Excellent videos! The Old Biker Guy
another plus of the belly pan i have noticed is the bike seem to handle much better at freeway speeds when you are around large trucks in dirty air created by said trucks or cars.
I saw this and bought the Macgyver Belly Pan and sorry...but it was a big mistake. My 2008 Wing engine temperature ran 1-1/2 line marks over the half way spot. Before the belly pan, it ran 1 mark below the half way mark. The other issue is that this thing blocks the heat coming off the bottom of the engine making it hot to ride. The engine heat comes up around my feet and legs instead of being blown back and under the bike. Makes me think I am on a Harley. I p[ulled it off and the temperature all went back to normal.
Sorry.I'm calling this BS. I work on wings and have installed just about every Belly pan out there!. Not one of them will raise the Temp in the engine or on the gauge. It's impossible on a thermostatically controlled engine. Find your meds and "Feel Better"
@@rockstar5389 Cute reply, but since your ass has NOT seen my Wing in person...what I said is true and you can stop being like the know it all and also stop talking out your ass. There are many videos out of people saying that their temperature came up with a belly pan. As for working on Wings and installing almost every belly pan out there...it doesnt mean DICK.
For what it's worth: The D in dzus is silent.... One thing that needs protecting is the coolant reservoir, on my old 1800 a rock or something put a hole in the reservoir and leaked all the coolant out. That won't make the engine overheat right away but over time it might. Did you notice the engine running hotter or more heat when you installed this?
Cruiseman I know it's almost a year and a half since you posted , but I thought I would throw this in. Try a O ring on that front pan screws , insert the screws into the for-pan then roll a O ring on the thread. If the hole in the pan not to big it should hold the screw. P.S. The D in dzus is silent ......Hal

Thanks for the video. I was thinking maybe lock washers on the machine screws?
A drop of loctite blue on the machine screws will stop them from backing out.
Use a simple split/lock washer. to stop the screw from backing out!
