SCP-953 is a female red fox with a spine that splits around the 26th vertebra into nine separate tails. It also displays polymorphic properties, allowing it to take the form of various other objects and beings (most commonly, an attractive Korean female).

Yeah I mean just has to be 100% hostile towards humans without precautions that can be taken so it fits the bill.
Originally Keter just meant “hard to contain”, it was pretty much coincidence that that also ended up the class of most nasty killer SCPs.

@@inkchariot6147 It's a Kumiho. Similar but different. Kitsune can be neutral, hell they can even be good people. Kumiho are widely malicious, rarely said to be of any good will.
There's even a Chinese version of the myth as well, called a Huli jing

This is like the start to some MCU style series. We’ve got some characters of all kinds to root for, the constant threat of SCP’s, and now the introduction of a major villain, the Chaos Insurgency. I can’t wait for next week.

If you read the article in the wiki, it's even funnier and darker, that time 953 ended up not being captured but rather she surrendered herself, apathetic like she was dissapointed, satisfied or both. Not to mention what she did to the agents that encountered her the first time. Gotta love some dark humor from time to time.

Honestly, given the dangers of cognitohazards, that may be why he is still alive.
When memetic hazards are a thing and the foundation isn't above lying to it's people to manipulate them into becoming food for one anomaly or another, actively not reading the briefing documents can serve you well.
You know, when you first think of an MTF operative you probably think of a highly trained, very serious, and highly intelligent person. But Carson is the most realistic depiction tbh. Because he is the living embodiment of the guy who is too smart for his own good and just never tried in school and after school they said "screw it, ill join the army." And now he just gives sass to everyone and couldn't care less about anything that's above his pay grade or out of his job description.
I like how a ton of SCPs are based off of folklore/urban legends/mythologies

When I heard the agent's name, "Ramsey," I knew exactly where this was going. 'parently there's an agent mentioned in 953's file who was also named "Ramsey," and they were linked to an incident where 953 killed the agent's fiance.
Note: 953 did something else to the fiance, I'm just kinda scared to say it
953 "carried out acts of necrophilia" in front of the agent. It's easy to know why Ramsey wants it dead.

I think the serpents hand would've been a better fit. The chaos insurgency typically only wants anomalies for weaponization purposes, while the serpents hand tries helping humanoid scps more often
