Hey Niko! Why did you not use a peel-and-stick house wrap product like Henry Blueskin? It would also help with drafts and keeping the bugs out. You also don't need to worry about cap fasteners. Also, do you plan to spray foam?

Those bathroom exhaust fans are kinda small, prob like 80 cfm… I would recommend going with something decent with 110 cfm. The cost difference is worth it bc it will cut down on future maintenance related to moisture in the bathroom from mold and paint to light fixtures getting rusty.
