I don't know what makes you think they are a small band when they have millions upon millions of plays on Spotify alone. If you just got here then you're not early at all lmao
I can't hear him, so it's hard to say. Vocals should be higher in the mix. They're a big part of the sound. His stage presence works; the questions for me is whether he can hit the notes live, which is a relatively important thing in a band like this.

I think his vocals fit perfectly with their sound. We don’t need them to hit extremely high notes in shoegaze, it will just ruin the whole atmosphere.
