14:09 you can select how many pets you want to convert into rainbow (10 normal= 1 golden, 10 golden = 1 rainbow) it seem ur just random clicken so i think you gotta move your joystick with that selecting on ps. Also dont just randomly click ur items but look at the description, that explains the item most of the time.
