@@ChrisSofos It works perfect. But i have some carb problems. I put some Keihin on it and get no papers for public use. So i have to use the original carbs with Dyno jets. Full Akrapovic. I rebuild the whole bike and wasted huge money for it. Actually its a new bike. I would like to show some pictures but i dont know how. Keep on doing, i watched all your videos. 👍
@@pesthizid thank you for your comment! You can send me pictures on my email: csofos@hotmail.com I'll see them after I finish work. Keep up with the great job you've done!
Hola Chris. Justo cuando vas a meter el bloque de cilindros en los segmentos no se ve como los sujetas. ¿Hay algún video donde se pueda ver? Gran trabajo.
Thanks JM. Unfortunately no, as I was so frustrated during the procedure and I did not filmed that. However, one thing I can tell you, is that I used a small flat screwdriver to carefully push the rings in the cylinders. It takes time! My next project is a Suzuki GSXR750 which I'll do the same thing to the engine. I'll definitely film it then. Thanks for pointing it out to me!
@@ChrisSofos Hola Chris.
Most guys just do exactly what you did and grind down a set of feeler gauges. Yamaha sold a set of Yamaha part number ones and I have seen them on ebay, but not for a long time.
Hi Chris, i put a THUNDER ACE engine with a FZR cylinder head in the bike.
They should be exactly the same, so I guess it went straight in? How is the engine running?

Good to know that at least there is something out there! Thanks Uhtred! If anything comes across, give us a whistle ;)
This build must be crazy expensive
@@ndasigerry to be honest, it is! Doing it yourself is much cheaper. Plus you make sure the job is done
@ChrisSofos ya sir, where do you source your parts?
@ndasigerry some from ebay, but most from www.megazip.net
@@ChrisSofos ok thanks sir.
