Noel can talk the hind legs off a donkey, but he is compulsive viewing , can't wait for a 2019 interview update, i've been totally deaf for the last 6, years and now have reasonabally good restored hearing thanks to our NHS. fantastic to catch up on Noel and Liams work I must say. Both gents are writing terrific lyrics, that no one else seems to be getting close to both brothers have a very different sound. Noel, liam you are equally as good , when it comes to your song writing. oasis was brilliant, as solo artists you are both this simply brilliant. i love what you are both doing so much. this message is with love to you both brothers. Cheryl Little Legs.
Fantastic interview! Finally a host who knows how to conduct a top-shelf interview. Noel is a genius songwriter and he's also the best, by far, interview in rock n roll.
He is so much more then a former rockstar (He still is but now more of an artist) that write songs and have fun touring, this man is smart and got a feel for live it self that i realy admire.
I absolutely agree. Every time a great band re-forms the results are disappointing. I want to be left with my memories of greatness. Nothing lasts forever. Peace.
Great interview. Love the album. Don't get me wrong, I love Oasis. But if Noel keeps churning out stuff like this, I'd be fine if he continues his solo career for good, and never reunites with Liam.
Josh Jakubowski except for when he's interrupting Noel mid-flow or answering his own questions to Noel whilst asking them. That's like a talent in itself I suppose.
Hey Paul, yea that's what i figured. They seem like old mates from the 90's haha. I love Noel i watch a ton of interviews with him and you can always tell if he respects the person interviewing them right away, and when he does it's great.
I can't undestand everything 'cause I'm italian and not english mothertongue but just hearing the sound of his voice electrifies the storm over me !!! What I'd do to be his wife!!! The last music genius after John Lennon on this earth !!!
Timing is EVERYTHING. Oasis would NEVER make it nearly as far as they did 20 years ago, in today's climate. It's just not in the cards; times have changed.. And this is a big part of any successful band's mystique.. The unapparent, yet critically essential, RANDOMNESS of success (on the Oasis scale) is utterly KALEIDOSCOPIC...
Such statement is so completely off logic and off reality because things that happen now happen for a reason happen for that time. In fact I would still find it possible that a guitar band with great songs will be on top of the charts. Whether some bad boys or not The songs are missing. But sure the competition to crap music is big but that mountainsummit is doable
He mentions that during this current tour he and the High Flying Birds have done one shit gig in Dusseldorf and that's actually the only gig that there is in UA-cam in good quality.I mean ''Oooh,c'moooon!!''
I think it's bull how musicians are so protective over their lyrics, noel is constantly saying in his interviews how he doesn't know what the lyrics are about... Wonder who wrote the lyrics because later on in the interview he says "I actually wrote this songs". You don't have to explain every metaphore but come off it, i mean they know what they're trying to say...
Noel makes for a great interview. Despite always being asked *that question*, he answers it respectfully everytime no matter how often. I find him funny, relatable and driven to make music and love it too. I can’t not be a fan of this dude :)
Duzzy Clayton in the sense of punk meaning "do it yourself" they were, they got off their arses and took themselves to the biggest band 2 and a half years after signing off the dole. As punk as it gets
It must be amazing having the opportunity to interview Noel Gallagher. Such an awesome talk between you too! Thanks for sharing!! CHEERS FROM BRAZIL!!
Verdade, foi muito bom ver essa.
Never gets boring listening to NG... Awesome interview ..
What an amazing broadcaster Pete Mitchell was, sadly missed 🙏

I don't need Oasis to reform. Keep taking the music forward Noel.
Great interview - really good questions
They did a good version of Champagne Supernova at Earl's Court in 95
This tickled me
Oh, I can’t believe I didn’t think about this before, but he says “d’ya know what I mean” as much as Liam, if not more.
Cassian Andor it’s a Manchester thing 😂
MJ Music Yeah, after I posted this, I found that out. Oops 😬
Cassian Andor lol, just so you know, the emoji wasn’t me laughing at you I was just laughing because it’s funny how it’s a Manchester thing

Matthew Alistair yeah yeeeeeeaaaaayyyyyyyyy *guitar*
Great interview!..
Hooray that man who said he doesn't need to reform that other band. As big a fan as I am / was, it doesn't need to and shouldn't happen.
I absolutely agree. Every time a great band re-forms the results are disappointing. I want to be left with my memories of greatness. Nothing lasts forever. Peace.
TheMisterMonkeyman Nothing lasts forever? Dont you mean 'you and I are gonna live forever' ?
Simon Moult if Noel put out shit albums, he still should never reform that band. Liam needs to languish into obscurity.
Vincecouk bit of a shame that didn't happen
Never been a big fan of Noel Gallagher, but this was an interesting interview. Thanks.
Great interview. Love the album. Don't get me wrong, I love Oasis. But if Noel keeps churning out stuff like this, I'd be fine if he continues his solo career for good, and never reunites with Liam.
Great interview
Who is this interviewer?? He's fantastic! Sounds like two mates hanging out. Amazing
Josh Jakubowski Pete Mitchell
Josh Jakubowski except for when he's interrupting Noel mid-flow or answering his own questions to Noel whilst asking them. That's like a talent in itself I suppose.
Probably because they are mates. Pete Mitchell's been interviewing Noel since the early 1990's when they first started out.
Hey Paul, yea that's what i figured. They seem like old mates from the 90's haha. I love Noel i watch a ton of interviews with him and you can always tell if he respects the person interviewing them right away, and when he does it's great.
One recurring theme in Noel's interviews - he HATES music videos.
Yano Moussavi makes it weirdly fun to watch his videos knowing that he loathes every second of it
Awesome!
Pete Mitchell my radio hero
Fantastic interview, great interviewer :)
Great interview and such a bad lightning ...
Good interview.
Agreed
+Chris Porter Never saw a bad one by him:)
I can't undestand everything 'cause I'm italian and not english mothertongue but just hearing the sound of his voice electrifies the storm over me !!! What I'd do to be his wife!!! The last music genius after John Lennon on this earth !!!
It can be difficult sometimes even for a British person not from Manchester! Did you see Noel live?
Love the interview, but Pete does cut him off quite a lot mid response. Slightly irritating but great apart from that.
"its knowing what not to do"
Rivoli in Crofton Park is such a cool venue

The songs are missing.
But sure the competition to crap music is big but that mountainsummit is doable
Great question but I wish he would've Noel actually answer them and not keep interrupting him.
Don't go changin baby!!! Love it man.

Sharp eye. Coulda done, I reckon.
He's like a young Peter Ustinov
The interviewer talks to much, wish he would let Noel talk and finish his sentences with out interrupting
nice spinal tap reference at 3 mins. artie not arnie though...
RIP Pete Mitchell :-(

Interviewer keeps butting in 🙄
Does Noel not like making videos?
Artie Fufkin.....they broke the mold when they made him.
“Some crisps will be eaten” 😂
England are so obsessed with Oasis lol, I'm like the only Australian who is

Hey Layla
J
Interviewer needed to lay off, incredibly annoying.
no where near as endearing as your bro!!!! and a tad smug with it..........ha ha ha
Sorry Noel, Oasis was never a punk band lol
Duzzy Clayton in the sense of punk meaning "do it yourself" they were, they got off their arses and took themselves to the biggest band 2 and a half years after signing off the dole. As punk as it gets
He writes garbage now...
Great interview
