Jesus said it would be to our advantage for Him to return to His heavenly Father. From His exalted position at the right hand of the Father, Christ poured out the Holy Spirit upon His people. What a timely message for me!!!
Good stuff.
I prefer the explanation that Jesus traveled to Kashmir; but that destroys the myth that he was a sacrifice for your sins. He was explicit in explaining we have to account for our sins: "You reap what you have sown." -the law of perfect natural justice
No proof
Sorry, but this speaker does NOT treat the Ascension about which he is speaking with the respect it deserves. Far to much comedy. Not saying the speaker takes the Ascension lightly, but in this address he simply does not convey that respect.
