Super difícil cantar «Joropo Tramáo», no sólo es tratar de decir las palabras tan rápido, sino q cada sílaba constituye una parte del ritmo. Hay que «saborear» las.palabras para q lleven el ritmo. Lo hacen super bien, le dan un toque de humor maravilloso y le hacen honor a los Maestros Sojo y Plaza. Gracias mil. Una venezolana super feliz

TO THE NOT SPANISH SPEAKERS, translate it is an interesting challenge. So, here we go. First of all, they are singing about love, about how much a man or a woman loves his/her significant other, comparing him/her with all the things important and appreciated.
Second of all, MI NEGRO ( masculine) or MI NEGRA ( femenin) translated means MY BLACK ONE, but it really is a term of enderment, like saying MY BELOVED ONE. The most interesting thing of this version is that the man sings about his female beloved one ( MI NEGRA) and the lady answers singing about her beloved man ( MI NEGRO). It`s a little bit like playing, flirting each other, very nice.

+kilver campos "El Curruchá" es un joropo compuesto por el Maestro Juan Bautista Plaza (1989-1965) sobre textos del Maestro Vicente E. Sojo. Si bien fue popularizado por el Dr. Jesús Sevillano, éste no es el compositor de la pieza. :)
