Great training for entry into the business. WM train lots of drivers who end up working for other waste haulers who don’t send you through all hoops and shenanigans that WM does. If WM would train their managers to be more focused on people rather than rules, then they wouldn’t need drivers all the time. Not speaking on what I’ve heard, speaking from experience.
On your feet 8hrs in steel toe boots 1 hr of in the truck training 😂😂😂
I would be down to work for WM if they would pay more
Im in San Diego WM $32.75 per hour 12 hours a day. Not bad if you ask me.

No they don't they are not required to have a/c they are only required to have heat

Of the trucks do have AC. Now if it works is another question. Friend of mine works for WM and he says the AC doesn’t always work.

@mikeready216 they have driver facing cameras that uses AI to watch drivers.
Over half the trucking industry has front facing cameras now. 🤷
Whats are the qualification to be a WM driver? I want to be part of the family.
You need at least a Class B CDL. Some roll off positions required a Class A.
I have a Class A license, do they have recruiter?
