  • THIS IS A VIDEO OF OUR MAGNETO SERVICE CENTER IN FLORIDA. WE REPAIR, REBUILD AND RESTORE THESE OLD DEVICES WHICH WERE USED TO PROVIDE IGNITION SPARK TO MOST CARS AND TRUCKS THRU 191O, FARM TRACTORS THRU 1940 AND ARE STILL USED IN PISTON DRIVEN AIRCRAFT TODAY BECAUSE OF THEIR RELIABILITY AND INDEPENDENCE FROM A BATTERY. Nice to see the tribute to Lemmy!! I moved up from Florida to help take care of my mom who was sick. I really do not like being up here in Pa...Hope to see ya sometime next time I am back in Florida. I am a chemical engineer but my love is magnetos and vintage race cars.

Thanks for the video! It is great to know that you guys exist and we'll pass the word. We know several "vintage engine nuts" and they will be delighted! Best of luck.

It must be a really good feeling to look over and see your son working on the bench right next to you practicing new skills you taught him. Nice shop.

Quest on the brings engine , with side the magnet( north or south ) face to the coil and if make any difference if they get put together wrong, I am learn and also why the coil it's already in permanent place to the engine , and not adjustable to find a better point on your own, like on mopeds, I remember just remove fly wheel of one time to find my better, point then I find the 0 point on that and the engine was firing back foworrd so I just move a hair and was on, 50cc moped give me 60 km per litre gas,
