I wish I could like this comment 200 times to really reinforce that the devs know exactly what they’re doing, and couldn’t possibly have made a mistake or two in creating that monstrosity.
@@RuthlessRiffage ikr like holy shit is his kit overloaded, Like does his W (stealth) really need to give him 12% max mana regen??? like that feels so extra, then he also has a ms boost from q n passive, onhit extra dmg like vayne, AD Scaling Shield really Riot?, dash, invis, pyke gold passive, revive, Execute from R (not even caitlynn R has low health execute damage) etc.
Definitely a tough matchup!
God, I love seeing people pick ranged top laners into you. They very clearly don't actually know how to play the matchup, and are leaning SO HARD on their ranged capabilities that they can't fight back against good counterplay.
We love all these Garen matchups lately!

What is the main defining factor picking between rfc and pd?
When you do decide to finish the zeal item.

I read that RFC gives more spins per E than PD. PD passive doesn't apply to spins.
RFC is good vs taking on ranged adversaries and snowballing against them. PD is strictly viable for splitpushing and side laning.
