Wow. Kudos on getting so far. The end seemed flat-out unfair. After taking a hit there is no way to kill the enemies with the default gun. Insane. I liked the music.
I actually found the second stage the most unfair one in terms of difficulty spike. After a straightforward first stage and mildly challenging boss, stage 2 turns things on their side and throws enemies that attack you from behind for the first 75% of the stage. If you have the wrong weapon at that point, you WILL die unless you are good at dodging bullets.
wow, disturbing to say the least, i gotta say that my interest in the Dezaemon franchise has increased, really annoys me that Dezaemon (SHMUP Maker) has been a JP exclusive the whole time though, we americans like our shmups too dammit!

I think the same guy developed the sequels/remakes on the PC a few years later.
