Why have I never made these before?? This is my new favorite! I just made a batch with my home canned peach almond conserve. Delicious! Thanks for the recipe.
I made these tonight and used my homemade/canned apple butter. I added chopped pecans to the mixture because I do that to almost everything sweet. They are wonderful and will become a staple here. Sure miss you guys and pray that all is well with your family. These are trying times so I just pray it’s all ok.
Great video, will be making this soon. My kids sleep through all my late night backing escapades, but, if I attempt any Chinese food, the house wakes up.
I'm pretty sure the Jalapeño Jelly came from the Ball Blue Book. And Raspberry Pie Filling came from the book - Ball Complete Book of Home Preserving. Jalapeño Jelly is also in the same book as the Raspberry pie filling.
Thank you! We are doing well! Finally getting back up and running after some mishaps with Facebook and Instagram being hacked and shut down. Appreciate your kind words!
Thank you! Things are well and we have started back up with social media. We had quite the fiasco when our Facebook and Instagram got shut down. We still have issues with some of it, but we're back at things anyway!
Preheat 350 degrees 2.5 oats 2-2.5 cups flour 0.25 cup sugar 1 cup brown sugar 0.50 tsp salt Mix up 1 cup (2 sticks) butter May emit sugar for super sweet toppings. Soften butter in microwave and mix into dry ingredients. Reserve half cup for topping Line casserole dish with parchment paper. Don’t pack down too much it will get hard. Top with peaches, pie fillings, add some maple syrup instead of sugar maybe Can pipe jelly or water it down a bit to get it e evenly distributed without disturbing the base. I didn’t catch the time to bake, I guess I can wing it 😉
We are well, thank you for checking! After a break online, we are back at making videos! We are having to start over with Instagram since our account got shut down, but we're building back up!
For all those wondering if they are alive, Yes they are and I have seen his personal blog account on IG. All I found was Facebook shut down the Homestead account and IG. The posts show They are getting physically fit, working, riding motorcycle and having great summer. I have zero idea why they just couldn't post a video to state we are out on youtube. It kinda sucks I know. When you follow a channel and they just stop posting and don't give a ---- what those that took the time to follow them think.
Yes, we are alive and well. Mike fought with Facebook and IG for a long time to try to restore everything, but got no where and we have had to start over. In the meantime we also got slammed with life and decided we needed some time to refocus and get our wits back about us, which is why we stepped away. We love and appreciate all of our followers and meant no concern to anyone! We have created a new IG with the same pratt_family_homestead name, and started back up with a couple videos! Hopefully you will still hang out with us as we jump back in!
Havnt seen you guys ALL summer!
We miss you guys!!!!!!!!
Come back please! (:

Do you have your recipe for raspberry pie filling and the jalapeños jelly?please Diane Hartley
I'm pretty sure the Jalapeño Jelly came from the Ball Blue Book.
And Raspberry Pie Filling came from the book - Ball Complete Book of Home Preserving.
Jalapeño Jelly is also in the same book as the Raspberry pie filling.
Do you use self rising or all purpose flour?
Those look great. Thinking bacon bits might be delicious on the maple one.

Isn't 2 sticks of butter a cup, not half a cup?
He did say 1 cup of butter at the beginning and then misspoke later and said 1/2 cup.
@@Jomama02 I had no coffee this morning when I heard it 🤣
@@Cheekybum_78 🤣😂

It's rude and ill-mannered to just "disappear" and not say a word or even respond to the countless posts on here from viewers hoping they are alright.
