I'm using a liquid treatment made by boiling hot chilly powder and black pepper powder (5 grams of each per liter of water), sprayed all over the plants when necessary. Kills slugs and aphids on contact (they're all gone in a few hours) and keeps protecting against slugs for about a week inside a greenhouse (in an open garden will wash off when it rains).

@@kahina3878 I have tried but it didn't work for me my dahlia plant eaten by slugs. Plus rain sometimes don't stop for 2 to 3 days.
@@littlehighness3561 I live in the UK as well and have the same problem with my dahlia plants. Tried everything but only thing that works is copper rings around the plants.
