Hello ma'am 🙏
Is it possible that amniotic fluid may leak without opening of internal os?
Kindly clear my confusion 🙏
Yes it is possible
*CHORIOAMNIONITIS*
•Tender uterus, Fever, Foul smelling vaginal discharge
•Fetal Deceleration
•Fetal Tachycardia(140-160 is normal)
•Placental Abruption: deliver
•Term PROM
•Pre viable fetus
Mode of delivery: PROM is not contraindication to vaginal delivery
Dr kindly inform me is it okay if pat leaks on daily basis after PPROM if her labs are normal and fetal movements are are also fine will with good hydration amniotic fluid will replenish itself or not ?
With few probability there is chance of resealing of membrane, hydration may maintain but not replace,
Post dated pregnancy please Ma'am
Lost my baby due to this
