Ajahn Brahm ..... Truly an enlightened man. " Cure " versus CARE! The first Monk to speak for the Gay community! Exceptionally amazing and loving compassionate man.
What you are doing is you are speeding up the process of my ability and capacity to learn, I believe that everybody is heading towards this level of understanding that you have achieved. With your help we get there much quicker. Thanks Buddhist society for all the videos you have posted .
This is so simple and common sense the driving force behind it. I wonder why it is difficult for many to embrace. caring and being cared for is the same as being loved and loving. Inspirational and I feel another Eureka moment has arrived which will guide me on my own path. XXX
As a doctor i do agree with your statement... CARE IS MORE IMPORTANT THEN CURE. . most of the time cure is not possible . we very often forget to provide care in order to provide cure and to prolong misery of sufferings. thank you AJAHN BRAHM
Belief is accepting something as truth on insufficient evidence. Actually why does it matter what we believe? The only time the line should be drawn on what people believe is when what people believe is the impetus to cause any conscious creature to suffer unnecessarily.
for me, heeding Ajahn Brahmavamsos talks are akin to listening to the most beautiful Baroque musique (which is the hichest ond most pleasing musíc genre a ever experiansed).
Interesting similarity to Milarepa, the only diference is that Milareps did not have a Wheelbarrow... It is a shame there are no talks specificaly about the ongoing journey in life.....; Especially with regard to the experience one has to look forward too after this Soul gives up the physical body...?
_/❤\_ sādhu ! hearkened to this ond Ven Brahmalis Dhamma-talk whilst washing a mountain of dishes ;D yesternicht. the former was most uplifting ! this latter was la crème de la crème ! deeply struck chords in me. Honesty is the Ultimate Truth.

Isn't "Best" contradictory to Buddhism?
Caring not curing.
no spaces lol
I disagree a bit. There is a way. For sure. Ultimate Truth ? Not so sure about that one :)
"There is no "Way". And there is no "Ultimate Truth"" - Are you claiming an "Ultimate Truth"...lol
