very hard to stay and be positive when the woman that i loved and trusted with my life broke my heart...destroyed everything i believed in....stabbed me in the back..took my son(he is 11 now) and moved to Florida with the guy she cheated on me with and their daughter that they had together....very very hard to find anything positive...can't trust anyone anymore..can't have a relationship with anyone.i was good to her and her family. yes i have made mistakes in the past and i feel that i am paying for them now...there are some mistakes that you make and you never stop paying for them...my son is the only shining light in my life..i talk to him everyday when possible...it sucks.
I can only imagine how you feel, and i'm really sorry for you. I know it's hard to stay positive, but you don't have to force yourself, sometimes you can allow yourself to be a little sad and to be a little hurt, then little by little you can start to feel positive and happy again. You don't have to be happy immediatly, take your time, and start loving yoursels again. Everyone make mistakes, but you can also forgive yourself for them. I hope you'll feel better soon! Have a good journey in your life!

Vincent - my heart goes out to you and breaks for you. I know your pain first hand. I was in your exact same position 12 years ago. Except my ex-wife moved to Louisiana instead of Florida and had a son by the other guy. My advise from being exactly where you are right now. First forgive yourself and her. Forgive yourself, It is not your fault for her bad choices. It is her life and she is not under your control at all. She made the bad choices she will have to live with them. Choose to forgive her. I know that is not easy because everyday is like a prison living in a hole with no light and a heart that is numb with undeniable pain. In this case you have to choose with your mind. Say, "I forgive you for hurting me." You will not feel anything at first except the anger and emptiness that rages where love once was. However, every-time those feelings came I would say out-loud to myself. I forgive you and I will hold nothing against you. In time the anger, pain, and bitterness left and was replaced with peace. Honestly spent many nights crying all night and having to say I forgive over and over again as my mind played back many memories to myself. After your forgive yourself and forgive her do not let guilt come back and lie to you, now we all mess up and if we are all honest there are events and things we all wish we could change. In my case, looking back, I can see I worked too much and did not give my ex the love and attention she needed. I had to let it go. The past is the past what can we cannot change anything from the past. Nothing not one thing. Your past does not have to dictate your future in anyway it is your choice to how it does. Also cannot make anyone love you no matter how hard you love or how much you give of yourself for them.... it is there choice." Their choice does hurt you and will continue to hurt because we put our hear out there. I encourage you to find friends and a support group of people. I had to reach outside myself to get out of the darkness that I was in. I got really involved with a local church and their group. I got right with Jesus admitted my faults and asked Him to be my savior I let His love and forgiveness cover my life and fix my broken heart. Jesus made a real difference in my life and He continues to walk with me day by day so I am not alone. It is hard now I know to see any future with anyone or the thought of being able to trust again seems like an impossibility now. It is a choice that I had to make daily. Not everyone is your ex. It is not fair to put them in the lenses of your past. In time when you meet someone great choice to trust them and the choice to give them a chance. I met someone new and got married again and have two wonderful sons now. Sadly we are not married still, it was her choice, and was an amicable split. I am not trying to paint a fairy tale just being real. I am praying for you man!

Thanks for the video. For my taste, I would prefer the short video clips to take a bit longer. The fast switchting is not good for my meditation. So the video could be better by taking longer clips. Maybe it even works if you take the same clips and put them in slow motion. I tried changing the speed of the video from the UA-cam player options, but as expected, that disables the frequency.

I need to think a different way. Program my mind a different way. When I do this Meditation. I clear my mind. I feel the Love and at Peace within myself. I need to keep telling myself that. Stop the Negative thoughts towards myself or anything else. That's when I feel the Love when I can do that.
