I feel this so deep in my soul. I can cry my heart out. Im 40. I know its still young but im tired and in pain. I believe and love natural healing. Ive put my self through alcohol drugs and gambling. A feeling many of us have. Maturity is a blessing and a curse at the same time if our immature years are filled with a lack of respect for ourselves and the society around us. I can relate to your words and am thankful you shared. It sounds like you have touched into a spiritual path.I hope you are doing well after some time healing. I believe this is a spiritual process to travel, and for some of us and the longer we live in the pain, the thinner the Vale gets to understanding the bigger picture.

Wow I feel your pain as going through emotional torment myself, regrets, sadness and digestive and nerve issues. Cry out to God. Don't loose hope. Hope is all we have to get us through another day. Detox, lots of water, eat clean food and meditate and try infra red therapy if u have access to.
I need to share this!! Last night I was listening to this until I get asleep.. (sorry my English) I was dreaming a weird things.. So i was in my dream like listening a voice, some kind of prayer it was really weird.. So i wake up like 6 am whith the words very clear in my head and i write them in a hurry.. Im not a prayer fan, not in this way, i meditate every night and give thanks to God but im not very religious.. Well this came to me, i need to share with you:
"Lord, I thank you for giving me one more day to enjoy your divine creation on earth and at the same time be able to live in the miracle of your eternal kingdom, the one that can not be touched with the weight of our hands, but that is the home of our ethereal soul, where the eyes do not see but the expression of your blessed presence is the love you give me in each breath i take.. There’s definitely a reason i know its been years bu t theres always a reason. Took me years to realize i was just so terrified of school specifically because of an abusive ex that go got anxious before school causing me to throw up so i stopped eating breackfast then it started lasting all school day so i stopped eating lunch and because i was eating so little i got diarrhea a lot and tmy stomach was hurting due to the over production of acid and the poop pains.
I ended up on an acid pill and zoloft. But instead of medicating the problem i shouldve left the problem and i did eventually. No more acid unless im mad, really depressed, or stressed/anxious a long time

Hey guys, I listened to this while meditating before sleeping last night and again this morning before getting on my day. I had an awesome day my mood was really good and I was expecting something good to happen, I just knew, cuz I was on such a high vibration. I came from a great meeting which might open some doors and to a letter from the landlord saying that they will be reducing the rent next year. I have figured out how to keep my energys balanced an emotions within zen even outside of the retention state. What an interesting development. I wonder still, if my development is taken with me when i leave for my next body, I think we all will always wonder such a think. It feels so good, to be so healthy, to feel so good, to finally be truly content. Truly settled. An i found it by letting go of everything an everyone. I was forced to find the truth, real happiness from within that isnt dependent on anything outside. Its so spectacular, to be so unmovable. Even by my own movements of energy. I live alone and I also work from home through the phone and it can get tense. After work I usually feel wiped out and too tired or listless to go outside. Of course I kept getting sick. Whenever I had to work among a group I was happy and full of health and enthusiasm. Nowadays, at home working, I enjoy perfect health and my productivity has grown. I feel fresh and ready to take on the out of doors. I am also 67.

I'm struggling with addiction of class A drugs. I keep doing them even though I'm seriously risking my life every time. It makes me feel good for about 2 seconds and stops the craving, but then I start panicking knowing my body can't take any more. I'm scared, and worried that I might not be able to stop. I'm scared that my willpower might never be strong enough to overpower this monstrous thing. This music is the only thing that is helping. So I thank you from the bottom of my heart for it. I never post things like this, and I don't really know why I am now. I just wanna say thank you for helping me with this.

Very strange! I have been pet sitting an extremely anxious dog, for an elderly friend who is hospital, and it follows me absolutely everywhere, constantly getting under my feet.
Anyway, I put this music on and the pooch lies down, almost as if it is listening, and I can get up and walk around, without it moving a muscle. I am going to loop this is my bedroom tonight!
