What I love about the two of you is that when I listen to your voice, I feel moved by the spirit of God. It reminds me of Moses when his face is shining after he’s been spending time with the Lord. You guys both have that. Milena specifically, since I follow you on Instagram, it is clear and evident in everything that you do that you saturate your life in scripture. Just wanted to encourage the both of you and say thank you as your sister in Christ!

We had our first 4 in 2 and a half years. (2 and a half, twins at 18 months and a newborn) . We now have 5 under 6 and expecting number 6. God is so faithful. X

When I was pregnant with my twins I did not have the physical ability to clean and nest and I don’t have many friends to help with that.
Luckily my husband has amazing friends and him and 8 others guys came over and cleaned our house top to bottom. It was such a blessing but if that wasn’t an option putting a little money aside every paycheck is an amazing alternative.

😂Jordan I did the 5,5,5 this time, and it helped my healing so much! It felt long, but now I’m 3 weeks postpartum and glad I took the time to rest. I am blessed that my husband had off work to help with the other children along with my parents coming over frequently and friends from our community helping with some meals. It’s especially important to avoid the stairs those first couple weeks for the pelvic floor! Long term the resting is worth it. In other cultures they have lots of support for the first 40 days/6weeks

We also have 4. Something that helped me tremendously is when hubby would take the older 3 to a fun place to play, or a playground, etc. and I could nap with the baby, or just bond. Also he’d make breakfast sometimes. And I agree, Meal Trains are a Godsend!

Im due with my 4th on 4/4/24! Not finding out the gender until birth! I've done a lot of things you have done-- cleaning out my garage, deep cleaning and decluttering. Great minds think alike! Praying you have a healthy labor and delivery. 🙏❤️

I loved watching this podcast. I am currently pregnant. This is my third pregnancy but I am expecting twins.. boy and girl and. I have two boys so I’m just worried about how I will prepare myself for this big transition as I feel excited but super nervous and scared at the same time. Listening to these tips help me think about what I wanna do and talk about with my husband, but thank you!

Congratulations!! Twins are such a blessing. My twin boys are just over 2 now and most of the newborn time is a blur at this point but I do remember it being such a sweet time❤️just try to keep them on the same schedule as best as you can! A lot of things will have to be put on the back burner for a few months but just rest in the season and knowing that it is temporary! My husband and I would take sleep shifts those first few months which was super helpful. I would sleep from around 8-12 and my husband would take over feedings and cares during that time (I was EP so he just had to make the bottles)then I would do the second shift and just try and sleep between their feedings. It always gave me at least 4 hours of uninterrupted sleep though which was extremely helpful. Praying for grace and peace for you as you enter this next exciting season!

I mentally and financially CAN NOT bring a 3rd baby into my life. It breaks my heart but if the Lord allows it then let it be.

How do you spend time in bed after having a baby when you have multiples I as out of bed and taking care of everyone after my second child 5 hours after giving birth. Some of us don’t have any support so have no choice

What I've learned from having one baby girl almost 2 years ago is. prepare with hubby to be there for burping and settling at night as this was the hardest time for me while breastfeeding to get rest before waking up again in 40-60 min for the next feed and it was taxing to my mental and emotional health. Especially because my girl was feeding for 40 minutes at mininimum each time. Second I'd stay home as per bible for 40 days for boy and 80 days for girl again. I'd meal prep at 36 weeks gestation so I could have quick meals postpartum so its healthier like you saod Milena high fat high protein. I was only eating once or twice in 24 hrs because even if I was starving I chose to sleep while baby slept to have energy to feed her again around the clock every 3 hrs max because she was born with lbw. Hubby fed me sometimes which was so nice of him but I feel good feeding myself and want that alone time.
Third I would start rhythms going for a walk at sunrise and sunset . I was very isolated and my mum barely visisted because of getting sick often. I realise now how free you are the first 6 months of life as babies are only drinking milk.
Last I'd make sure I prioritised my self care showering daily. And lastly I'd invest in house cleaner to clean once a week up until I'm able do it myself.
I'm so excited for you Milena and Jordan ❤ Lord willing all goes well.

Curious how yall have or think you will go about teaching the kiddos the way of the world vs God’s truth in the word. Especially regarding like if they learn things from others. Whether that’s sex outside of marriage when they are older or even now hearing about characters with magic powers. Which I know yall have already kind of combated.. but I don’t know how people do that for those who go to public school 🙃🙃
