5 drops Angostura bitters
5 drops of rose water
.75oz Lime
.75oz Simple
2oz London Dry Gin
METHOD: Shake / Fine Strain
GLASSWARE: Coupe
GARNISH: Mint Leaf, 1 drop Rose Water on Mint Leaf & 3 drops of Angostura bitters Near Mint Leaf
THE GOLDEN AGE
1 egg Yolk
1 dash Lemon Bitters
.75oz Lemon Juice
.25oz Simple
Heavy .5oz Cherry Liqueur
2oz White Rum
METHOD: Fill Glass 3/4 oz w Crushed Ice / Dry Shake / Roll w Crushed Ice / Top w Crushed
GLASSWARE: Collins
GARNISH: Radius Cut Lemon & Brandied Cherry
ASTA COLLINS
.75oz Simple Syrup
.25oz Campari
.75oz Lime
1oz Grapefruit
2oz Vodka
METHOD: Shake / Pour into Glass w 1oz Club Soda already at Bottom of Glass

GARNISH: Lime Wheel

How has this so few views? This is some real cocktail gem stuff presented by a bar legend. I don't get it and simply want to thank you for the great work and let you know there are people like me who appreciate it a great deal. Also the integration of you second passion (retro-gaming) is spot on and I enjoy it a lot as well.
As for another book. How about "The Dead Rabbit: Mixology & Mayhem". I purchased it as maybe my 15th cocktail book and it just blew my mind about how avant garde you can go with cocktails. Maybe a bit to wild on the exotic ingredients side though for a mass medium like UA-cam. However, just wanted to drop this here because the book alone is a great pleasure to read :-)

Purchased, I collect cocktail books like some do cook books.

And talking about riffs, I recently made one on the angel's face and I would like to know your opinion on it!

But I didn't made this cocktail on purpose: my best drunken friend came to my house and pretending something to drink 😂so I had these bottles and a few more just liquors, and a almost finished Espòlon... So he was curious about the calvados and I came up with this riff, since the angel face is one of my favorite cocktail ever 🍸😅 please try to make it, I don't usually create drinks so... But I think this is good and I want a professional opinion about it 😉😁
You must by psychotic! Or psychic! Or something. I just pulled out rose water to make the Juliet and Romeo today! It's been on my TBD list forever. The other ones look really good too - I don't recall any other drinks that use just the egg yolk. I've made flips with whole eggs and tons of egg white drinks. And as an engineer in my past life, the idea of experimenting w/ spirits and WITHIN spirits is intriguing. Great video. Thanks
