Huh? You're not likely to deal with scalpers unless a title is out of print, which isn't their fault…
…Or you're not in North America, which ALSO isn't their fault because licenses are by region not language

Scalpers don't bother with non-out of print material and Discotek's prices are PERFECTLY reasonable.
