Blessing of the Cars in Woodstock GA - Prophet Elias (Elijah)

The glorious Prophet Elias (Elijah) is a prophet in the Old Testament who ascended into heaven in a chariot of fire.
On July 20th, the Church celebrates the Feast Day of St. Elias the
Prophet. In honor of this feast day, the Orthodox Church has in recent history blessed cars on and around this day.
In this video, watch the blessing of the cars in Woodstock, GA. Also mentioned in the prayer is the Ethiopian eunuch described in the New Testament book of Acts who the Apostle Philip met on the road as the Ethiopian was reading the Old Testament book of Isaiah in his chariot.
