@@desmondallen4128 15g of BLACK maca root powder, 15g of collagen, 7g Metamucil orange, shot glass of apple cider vinegar, 5g of creatin, 5g of gelatin. I drink this smoothy. It totally works. It takes a couple weeks for the maca root to kick in, but it does and you will notice it. The other ingredients are not necessary for the impressive increased load volume. They are for other health reasons. I have been using Anthony's BLACK maca root. It sells in a 1 pound bag. The apple cider vinegar and orange Metamucil improve the flavor, but are not necessary for the giant ropey loads. Happy shooting!
