sweet ride, subtle and tastefully done,
WOW! What a NICE truck you have built.
I just shoot the videos...
i really like how they have the bed body lines inside the bed. I could get used to driving that every day.
Very cool truck for sure!
I used to hate that body style, well mostly the grille assembly. That truck is amazing. They did it right. Looks good from any angle.
I agree!
Used a bunch of those in the Air Force ....albeit strata blue with yellow USAF markings on the door....... impressive work .
+C. Perry Right on...The Air Force maybe where this one came from....
Thats gorgeous! Love the color choice!
Right on...I'm a fan 2!!
🎉have one of these in New Zealand
Was ex US airforce used at base in Christchurch for servicing Antarctic Scott Base great truck used it in construction for years

I gotta tell you, Scotty... I love your vids. Especially the trucks.
+Jeremy Wilder Cool...Glad to hear it!
Beautiful truck very nice interior. ..
+tertessa I agree....good choices everywhere.....
I've seen this truck in quite a few vids here on youtube. I see it has NY plates..I'd love to see this thing at the chrysler Nats in Carlisle PA so I can get a video of it. You are right..they don't look so hot stock and without paint. it's a miracle what paint and nice wheels do ! what a beautiful truck..you just don't see these trucks and you definitely don't see them being restored and or done like this. This truck will surely draw alot of attention and stick out everywhere.
+james myers For sure...Glad you liked it!!

This truck screams kool!!
Yes it does!!
What a Beautiful truck! The only thing that was overlooked: The tailgate chains...The rear of the truck would look so much better without the stock setup.
Glad You liked it!!
very well done. i want one.
I hear ya...Very cool build for sure!!
Other than the tunnel for the rear axle it looks bone stock on the outside. Beautiful it is!! Thanks for filming another MOPAR brother. That would be my daily driver. By the way if you ever come across a late 60's MOPAR station wagon. Please film it for me. Thanks bro, keep up the great work!
+CarlsCustomCreations Glad you enjoyed it Brother!

+Junk Jock I'm with you...very cool!!
Perfect.
Very nice for sure!
I must admit, the creators of this one are “Artists”. It dose it for me, because it works.
Cool!
Sweet work on the whole package. Wheels are not my style , but sweet ride. Too bad it is actually a 62. They probably had to replace the cab and took that VIN with it so they titled it as a 68.
The grill and tailgate are pure 62 and the rest was virtually the same from 61 to 71. There was a front edge mod to the hood in 68 and a total rework in 69. The tailgate went from the hasp latches to a central handle latch on a wider gate in 66.
Do you know what shop this came out of? Fantastic!
nice truck indeed , a fithwheel hitch and a diesel , ready to go . sweet indeed !
+Jesse James lol....Right on...Glad you liked it to!
Wow , Very Nice !
Glad you liked it!!

Welcome bud.
man what a fantastic looking truck! The only thing I would change is that steering wheel. I'd wrap it in leather and match that interior.

+HOGSIDE SAN JO I agree....way cool for sure!
I wish I knew what wheels those were. I love em! I never in a million years thought these trucks could look cool but I've been proven wrong!
+jason shuler i wish I could spell....lol.....I will try to find out....
+ScottieDTV it took me awhile looking online but I finally found out what those wheels are. They are the HRBB (Hot Rods By Boyd) Columbus. there are bronze and polished in the signature series line. just love the look of them.
Cool!
Who built this truck
I interview Him in the video?
all that work and still left the gastank in the cab
Where the heck is the shifter?
+ralph high Some of these trucks came from the factory with the shifter coming straight out of the dash...this one it is located just under the dash to the right of the steering wheel. You can easily reach down and shift it with your right hand.
Nice to much
Glad You liked it!!
what wheels are they
+tooltas Shots?...not sure of spelling....
HRBB Columbus
That truck should be on 50" swampers
👍👍👍
I agree!!
Who makes these wheels?
I think Schott
thank you
👍👍🇧🇷
Right on!!
But how much is it worth
No idea...
its super sweet, but a lil to low for any practical use. and freaking humongous.
It wasn't meant to be practical...It was meant to be cool....
Yeppppp,it's a MOPAR world...
+FJ80Coop lol....That's what I hear!
+ScottieDTV You'd better watch it Scottie,ve vill convert you, you'll trade that old stang in on a Mopar one day,and never look back.. ;) We have cookies...
+FJ80Coop lol...Not sure about that.....I may have one in my collection.....when I get a collection..
Retro Ugly is way in. Wish I still had my International Travelall... a Monster with a 4 speed stick and ugly as SIN itself.
+G Philip C lol.....Homely Hot is what I call that...
Looks more like a sixty3 or 42mewiththatgrillinthoseroundtaillightswiththenarrowtailgateandthesinglewallbed
Thanks for checking it out!!
Don’t care for the flat titanium on the cab, everything else is sweet.
Cool....I dig it!
That's a power wagon
Man, it takes guts to spend a million dollar on a truck that never was cool to begin with and might not turn out that cool when its done. This one happened to end up amazing but damn, what a risk.
+MrMarkpark No risk no reward....
True, but no risk…..no risk. I like the silver one you shot too. It takes vision because I never would have thought they would end up so awesome, yet here we are. Keep em coming Scottie
El Guapo Right on...Would not have been my choice of project...but I'm glad it was his...Very cool for sure!!
Destined for a very sort life.......The reason ya dont see many of these is because,....for those few years,.. dodge imported crappy laminated steel that rusted out no matter how well it was taken care of. Moister & corrosive just seeped into the layers & did its dirty work.
It was a real shame,......these were descent plain-jane P/U's
+uski59 Right on...Thanks for the info!!
It's missing a 4x4 chassis.
😆😆😆
Why put wheels on if you are going put it on the ground
absolutely amazing. those trucks are pretty ugly stock, truly turned into swan.
+Keary Lewis lol...I agree!!
I don't think it's a 68, I have a 66 single cab think that's a 64 or 65!
It's all custom...I got the information from the builder...
Nothing "68" about the front end.
another d200? lol
+Brennan Williams I know right!?!?!...lol
to low and bad wheels you should embrace it and restore it to it's original
No. Custom is where its at. Original is plain and dull. Especially Dodge trucks.
Shawn Huff you should get your own and do with it what you please
From ugly to very nice !
Right on!!
Poor old Dodge the ugly ducklings of truck maker
This one is cool though!!
Do you know what shop this came out of? Fantastic!
