  • The Highway 53 Ancient Way Scenic Byway going to Grants, New Mexico, offers a captivating journey through the region's rich history, stunning natural landscapes, and iconic landmarks. One of the highlights along this scenic route is El Morro Rock Cliffs, a towering sandstone bluff that has served as a landmark for centuries. As you approach El Morro, you'll be awestruck by its sheer size and the intricate inscriptions left behind by explorers, pioneers, and Native Americans. These inscriptions tell stories of their journeys, marking their presence in this awe-inspiring landscape.
Continuing along the byway, you'll encounter another fascinating attraction known as the Bandera Ice Cave. Nestled within the Zuni Mountains, this unique geological formation offers a refreshing contrast to the desert surroundings. Step inside the cave, and you'll discover an unexpected world of perpetual ice, even in the heat of summer. The cool air and surreal ice formations create a mystical atmosphere that feels like stepping into a different realm.
As you drive through the Highway 53 Ancient Way Scenic Byway, the road leads to Grants New Mexico along Historic Route 66 and a smalltown atmosphere Also watch the Grants Fourth of July annual parade

Hi Russ, thank you for showing your road trips / travels. Through your vlogs me and my husband are able to go to Sedona. I am always afraid of high elevation but since i watched over and over your vlog to Sedona i was able to see how beautiful the place is and not in high elevation at all. We went and enjoyed the trip. We were able to go up the Holy Cross Chapel, see the Bell Rock, etc and walk down the shopping area. Everytime i want to go somewhere i checked your vlogs first 😂. Last place we visit is Zion National Park in Utah..

Hi Russ, Enjoyed seeing the inscriptions on the hike. The Bandera Ice Caves were amazing. The long video format is also great because I can sit down and tune out for an hour on your adventure. The drone shots were great as always. Looking forward to the next one, safe travels.

Hello Russ, Route 191 North in Arizona takes you to "Canyon de Chelly" (pronounced "Canyon de Shay") and "Spider Woman Tower", a site you should explore when you come back later this year. South of Grants starts "El Malpais" (the good for nothing country), worth exploring. Magnificent desert vistas everywhere. Blue sky, tortured rock formations, peace and quiet, what could anyone ask for more ?? The local Parade brought tears to my eyes : great, simple, happy people ... RICHARD

Do you live in that area, Richard? My grandparents, though I did not know them very well, were owners of Garcia Trading Post. I believe there is a Holiday Inn there now.

We, the wife and I, were very impressed with the scenic journey to Grants. The monument looked like Mount Rushmore without the human faces and the ice cave was cool...pun intended. We really enjoyed the 4th of July parade and Grants might be a possible place to live whenever the economy straightens out. We loved the whole video. Stay safe on your journey and we will be watching. 😁😁

When you walked el Morro at stop #8, there is a inscription that caught my eye because it was very nicely carved, Gilmor Breckenridge. I looked that name up-
    P. Gilmer Breckinridge
    P. (Peachy) Breckinridge was the man in charge of the 25 camels used by Lieutenant Beale in 1857. After his work with Beale, Breckinridge returned to his home state of Virginia and fought in the Civil War. He was killed during a skirmish at Kennon's Landing, Virginia, in 1863.

The catalyst or change of language now existing language external from internal.
The only communication known to man at one time was internal communication.
A person now speaks external to a internal receiver. Then the receiver speaks external to a internal receiver. Imagine not having to speak external at all. We all had the same language.
Some made a tower towards the internal frequency's. Genesis 11 effect.
You could only carve what the eye saw.
The Mayan Bible speaks of no external language once.

    • @jamesbarber3854
      @jamesbarber3854 Рік тому +1

The human body is a unique design. Anyone believing in Ephesians 6:12 should know internal communication can hinder us.
Imagine thought given to a external language. It's vocabulary and meaning.
The emptyness to a mindful internal communication before a book was written.
The borrowing of a patent from Heaven. We seem to forget. " Thou Kingdom come thou well be done on Earth as in Heaven." How this happened.
The Colorado plateau is the closest you'll get to the Heavens. God created the Firmament, In it was called Heaven. Traveling through it is the Ionosphere. " A little sleep and a little folding hands in the early morning hours. Our internal communication to heaven."

I love your long videos. I even went WAY BACK and caught up on a lot of your older videos. Teacher on a budget this year. Virtual vacation is AWESOME!! And keeping a list of must-see places. This being one of them!!
