I know the custodian at Walmart. He was fired 20 days short of when he was eligible to collect full retirement benefits, because the floor cleaning robots arrived, and they threw him away like the trash he'd cleaned for so many years.
Lost my job kuz of this lol from 6 maintenance works to now 2. The two does the rest rooms and break rooms as well as stripping n waxing the wood floors etc while the machine vacuums,scrubs and strips the sealers on the main aisles.....sucks....I was making 18.50 now I work at Marshalls lmao
They fired you because you were making too much money. Not allowed to make that much money in America. These cost $90,000 for the store to buy and it works for free and is never late to work, so that's a win for them.
@@c123-i6n They are paying employees above minimum wage. There is no reason for them to not go and work. If they refuse to return to work from unemployment then they should be cut off from their benefits by HR

That's because people don't want to work. I think if the employee refuses to return to work then their unemployment should be cut off by HR

@@c123-i6n They are paying about 12 buck an hour here in PA which is 5 bucks above minimum wage which is 7.25
