I know one thing. I think creativity is decreasing in the World. It is just one more crisis to add to the fire. We have all these complex, unprecedented problems and no creative people that can help us cope or solve them. We churn out STEM degrees like crazy ,however these STEM pros are not creative because they were not taught in grade school and university. Art and Music is where we go to learn and build creativity if we dont have natural abilities for it. I am hyper creative ,but I have a learning disorder, mental illness and a lot of neuro divergent mental health conditions. No STEM abilities ; No prosperous successful life. I wish creativity, art and music skills like I have were held in high regard today. I wouldn't be unsuccessful in life. LOL
Very interesting thoughts! I agree that creativity is often undervalued, even though it plays a key role in solving many problems. As for 'success,' its criteria are changing so quickly these days
