Book 1, Chapter 27, Hadith 17 says "This will increase to thirteen and upwards" . That's the only mention of 13. This doesn't support a 13er sect. It just says there are misguided people who may believe 13 or more. This is equivalent to saying people also believe in Godzilla. It doesn't prove a 13er sect. It just proves some random people may believe in 13,14,15.....11311311 Imams. the 13 here doesn't refer to a sect, but it's just to indicate the number after 12. There is no 13er sect
i came here to listen to Khalil but…….what a waste of time with a bunch of mockers who lack basic etiquettes of an adult conversation. And you guys think you are researchers or scholars?? If this is the standard then I better stay ignorant.
Who says shia have asked Imam Sadiq(as) about his successor and what was the context of the narration you refering to?, We shia know that, Prophet Muhammad had already told the names of all Imams during his time.
@@sherry-10z, use your common sense, how come everyone at time of Prophet Muhammad(saw) never become muslims, despite they saw mircales and knew about him?
very interesting. So how do they deal with the dozens and dozens of Shia Hadith mentioning by name , they are all scrapped in lieu of one random vague Hadith that maybe misinterpreted?
There is a hadith that says there will be 12 khulfa/imam from the descendant of Hazrat Bibi Fatima. Is imam Ali from the progeny of Hazrat bibi Fatima? No
With all respect, I am asking these two twelvers. You guys arguing about the Hadiths of twelve Imams or thirteen Imams, but you guy forgets the foundation of Shia Imami from the Quran Wher Allah says: And We have vested ( the knowledge and authority of ) everything in the manifest Imam. ( Sura Yaseen. 36:12) As you guys taking your source of Shia Imami from the Quran, have you ever thought of why your Imam is not manifested, it has been more than thousand years, and you never thought it’s in direct contraindication with the Quran.
@@sher5576 "mubeen" means "known". Otherwise, there were instances prophets went into hiding, or Ghaibah. If the shia already know who's the imam was, then why they asked imam Jafar Al Sadiq about his successor?😅
