Maatjes Herring

Our maatjes are produced by a specialist herring processor in Holland, who of course also produce a Kosher version They are pretty substantial specimens, weighing in at nearly 100g each, so even just one is quite a few mouthfuls. We over them to a traditional recipe or their sugared version
