Bandaru Moulika Carrot 🥕 cannot be easily digestible . Give it only once in a week or 10 days mixed with some other vegetable like potato or sweet potato 🍠 first. Then you can increase the quality as babies grow older. Hope this helps.

Hi Sahiba :), Salt & sugar is not recommended until 12 months :) For taste, 1) you can add ’ 1 tsp - baby milk powder/baby formula ’ just before feeding 2) or ripe mashed banana 3) or cook with soaked dates puree
