Waffle Batter Recipe
Plain Waffles Recipe
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
Pinch of Salt
2 tablespoons granulated white sugar
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
Greek Yogurt Waffle Recipe
1 cup flour
1 and half teaspoon baking powder
4 heaped tablespoons greek yoghurt
1/2 cup water
1 Egg
3 Teaspoon powder milk
Spray of oil
Pinch of salt
2 tablespoons sugar

Not long ago I used to have an electric waffle maker with 4 different plates , each one had a shape. My children loved it so much because they all had whichever shape they preferred for breakfast. I prefer the waffle to the pancake because it seem to be much faster and lighter(as in fluffier), but sometimes I just go ahead and make pancakes in large batches because I have a huge Grill.
