The first time I attempted this workout was a week ago. I had to drop to my knees to do the push ups. I was struggling pretty much the entire time. I could barely hold the crow. I kept falling on my butt with the firefly which I had never ever attempted before. I was so tired and breathing hard afterwards. You looked so smooth and effortless through it all. I decided to do this routine every day until I could successfully hit all the poses and exercises without cheating. Today I did it! And it only took me 7 days! I was able to do all the pushups without dropping to my knees. I even did the leg lifts on the side planks. I held the crow the entire time without falling. And I was able to extend my legs for the firefly although not as high or as graceful as you (yet). Even my warrior 3 was tighter and more stable. Thank you so much for a challenging workout and the inspiration to master it.
its my first day doing this, i also heard someone told me its better to master certain asanas first, instead of jumping into everyone and be a master of none, i was able to do a lot of advanced asanas but its like a fluke only some days I can hit it lol. Its a great idea to do same routine for 7 days straight! How was your forearm strength? I found the full 90 degree chataranga the most difficult, is it because i have no forearm strength? My upper arm feels very strong and muscular though.
Have you ever been able to do the crow before this? I can never do it but I don't really practice to try to learn how to do it. But good idea on 7 days straight. Thank you!
I have been doing your exsices since July almost every day, I have just been to a beach holiday, people think I am 20 years younger then my actual age! Thank you so much!
"It's in that momant when your body wants to stop but your mind says I'm not done yet"... It's sincerely one of the most beautifull phrase I ever heard.
Moci16: It's now December 2022 and I just happen to find this video. I'm curious as to your yoga level now. Has it continued to improve as you like, or have you found a comfort level without pushing yourself? I ask because I am doing Pilates and a few stretch exercises I was given in physical therapy that I needed for a shoulder bruise. "When your mind says I'm not done yet" so you keep going can lead to injuries that prevents a person from not only continuing but I would probably end up in physical therapy with a very serious sprain. It's important to listen to our bodies. I Hope you are doing well.
I always find myself coming back to this practice whenever I feel like I "can't" do something in my life. This practice is challenging, but you remind us, it isn't unattainable: "Strength - something that one achieves from overcoming the things they thought they couldn't do. That moment when you prove yourself wrong...It's in that moment when your body wants to stop but your mind says, 'I'm not done yet.'" "Stay focused and find that inner strength." Thank you for always empowering us through your yoga workouts -- for reminding us the power of the mindset and that we are never helpless; we do have control. When I feel like giving up -- both on the mat or in my life -- it's your voice that brings me back, that helps me believe in myself again. You're amazing and a constant inspiration.
Greetings! I'm exercising with your videos since 1 year now. And I decided to be a pilates teacher for kids in schools and be inspiratonal speaker for them. I'm from Ukraine. I had to leave my home and my daughter for 4 years. Now I'm back, ful of power and love from within. Thank you for being a huge part of my awakening process❤🌏
When going into pushup try to keep the torso in line with the pelvis though the full range of motion as you are in plank. Try to avoid the snaking double movement where the torso is raised first followed by the pelvis. You want them to come up together as much as possible. This helps work your core muscles.
I appreciate the longer poses. I love a great yoga workout, but your work always astounds me. Going on almost a whole month of doing at least 10 mins every day ❤ Sending everyone love and happiness.
You're not alone young lady! I started with the 30 day dedication by yoga with Adrienne. I've now got a decent base as i did 30 days straight, but FAR from advanced..really,really far lol.
ao el I think her body looks good for a variety of reasons: most importantly it’s WHAT she EATS but additionally yoga, strength training, cardio, a meditative enriched lifestyle, rich rewarding relationships, a beautiful attitude and an ability to manage life’s many stresses. No ONE thing is why people look good. Epigentics at work.
I keep coming back to this video, such a fantastic flow! Juliana, would you please do a video where you show how to do the advanced yoga poses (headstand, etc) step by step? I know you have done one for the Crow pose, that was very useful! Lots of Love xoxo
Hellou, i wanted to thank you for transmitting such a beautiful energy every time I can join your yoga claas. I just did my first head stand ever and I am practicing all kinds of yoga for about 13 years. I am just dancing at cloud 7. Thank you
Even though I wasn't able to do most of the poses, I know it's just a matter of time (and arms strength😅). I think I'll do this practice over and over until I'll be able to do everything!
I have been doing your videos and fitness challenges for awhile now and I never cease to love them. Your videos are the reason I love yoga, have eaten healthier, and learned the importance of mental meditation with stretching. I am now more strong mentally and physically then ever and I want to thankyou! I plan on buying your boho complete this Christmas :)
Your workouts, flows and wonderful energy have helped me through my darkest moments for years, I can't thank you enough for creating your content. Just thought I would say that!
Greetings from Iran. I just wanted to thank you for your positive vibes. Ever since I've found your channel, I've been doing yoga and meditate almost everyday. And I'm feeling a slow change in myself. Thank you so much 😍
I ask everyone to please not get intimidated by this and you’d be surprised how quickly you advance. I’m 6ft and 225lbs. I’m a powerlifter so you’d think i’m like the last person to do yoga. I’ve been doing yoga for about 5 years and found this channel and this video after my first year. I promise within your first year or two of yoga you’ll be able to do 99% of this flow. Even if it isn’t with as much control and balance. You can get there. While crow and firefly appear the most challenging, they aren’t. You can get there with humble practice and consistency.
Thank you for your beautiful Yoga-programmes I get so inspired everytime I see you do Yoga even though I' m not even half as flexible as you are. You are a true inspiration for health and fitness and a balanced body/mind/spirit. Keep up the good work! Peace and Namaste
I'm guessing this takes years to get to this level of mastery!!? I've started doing very simple exercises, watching this my mind boggles at the strength and endurance required to do this. Very impressive!👌
Beauty and vigor is radiating from every last bit of this video. Perfect. That firefly-crow transition was an 'omg impossible' moment. Then I got out of bed, and did it for first try (my firefly legs were not that perfectly straight though). I had my heart-lifting moment today.
I saw your thumbnail and remembered that I always dreamed of being able to do press handstands. I’ll start watching your videos and building strength. Your voice is so soothing. Much love.
:D started doing beginners' yoga 9 days ago, i was like: hmm this is easy, i think i should move to advanced - came here and were like - nope, nope, nope, then figured i can't do 90% of this video so far, counting the moves between positions :D :D :D
I started yoga a few weeks ago. I must say, it really helps me with my posture. It relaxes the mind and really give you the energy to go on with your day. Thank you for sharing these classes with us ! :-)
Good workout ... Would recommend encouraging people to do a warm-up before starting ... I think that's why a lot of people aren't able to finish it or have difficulties early. Their bodies need to be warmer at the start :)
This was the first video I tried from Boho Beautiful when I wanted to progress my yoga practice. I had a huge moment of gratitude today in terms of how far my yoga practices have come on since watching this and that's totally inspired by the videos you put out there so thank you! 🙏 💜
This is just a banger. Been doing it for years and still love it. Although I cannot firefly so I always do crow to tripod headstand back to crow chaturanga
This was awesome!! 💖✨ I've just recently started headstands and this was the first time I was able to properly hold one for longer time without the wall. So happy! Love your videos and your voice is so calming and motivating me to do better & be better. Namaste. 🙏🏼❤️
After Rodney Yee & Collen you are my thrid online teacher. Thank you for been so detailed explanatory as speaking at the right speed by taking it slowly. I love to ask you to visit my Country CUBA to support my Community at the Island with this amazing knowledge💚
i've recently unlocked my energies and have gained strength and flexibility. Seeing this video has shown me the potential to where it can lead. Awesome video in an exquisite location
when she was talking about strenght i was like "oh hell yeah i'm gonna do this and work hard" but actually i was exhausted after the first two exercises :'D
I loved this practice! I've been doing your videos for a while now and its nice to push into some more advanced work! Thanks for this! I really enjoyed it!
Warming up the wrists is probably good before doing all those wrist heavy poses. Mine hurt a bit so I warmed them up in the middle of the practice Very nice and challenging ^.^

I will use your good words to do this for 7 days straight now.

i was about to give up like 10 minutes in with the crow but you know what ill give it another shot :)

Yeah i also beginner

Do you think her body looks so good because she's great at yoga or do you think she's great at yoga because her body looks so good? 🤔
Same here :)

Boy, am I glad there wasn't a camera pointed at me while I tried to get in to some of those poses.
Amy Timko right!
The head stand and legs around the head positions were especially impressive! Quality presentation.

This is definitely one of your most challenging sessions, arm 💪 strength wise , and I love a good challenge ❤. Thanks y'all!
Hellou, i wanted to thank you for transmitting such a beautiful energy every time I can join your yoga claas. I just did my first head stand ever and I am practicing all kinds of yoga for about 13 years. I am just dancing at cloud 7. Thank you
This is one of my favorite routines. The flow is so natural and logical. Easy to memorize, hard to master. Perfect
I love it too
The way you transition from downward dog to plank is so catlike the way each vertebrae curls! Inspiring!
Love the strength, inside and between, stretching higher - wonderfully easy to imagine that gentle muscle of ecstasy. Thanks for sharing.
Even though I wasn't able to do most of the poses, I know it's just a matter of time (and arms strength😅). I think I'll do this practice over and over until I'll be able to do everything!
only practice and patience to yourself. Namaste.
hii did u continue?? if you did can you share ur experiences with us :)

Well as a dude with a beer belly… I almost broke my wrist today trying to achieve crow for0.25 seconds… slow and steady. One wrist at a tie
Thank you for your beautiful Yoga-programmes I get so inspired everytime I see you do Yoga even though I' m not even half as flexible as you are. You are a true inspiration for health and fitness and a balanced body/mind/spirit. Keep up the good work!

I love the spots so very muuuuch, always so aesthetic
I'm guessing this takes years to get to this level of mastery!!? I've started doing very simple exercises, watching this my mind boggles at the strength and endurance required to do this. Very impressive!👌

This is what made me able to do the Headstand. Thank you so much, your videos have helped me a lot.
Good workout ... Would recommend encouraging people to do a warm-up before starting ... I think that's why a lot of people aren't able to finish it or have difficulties early.
Their bodies need to be warmer at the start :)
I normally do a video and never come back to it but this one I will. Thank you for putting out a challenging advanced practice
