@komo Sheet music for a beat is relatively simple and pretty self explanatory, when you get into fills is when you have to start paying attention, at least for me. But yeah, drum sheet music is not hard at all, we don't have a plethora or chords to deal with or certain frets, or octaves.

That's exactly the point. How many kids do you think have the discipline, will, and passion that they would dedicate time which not many are wanting to dedicate? She's absolutely a prodigy in the sense that she not only is able to dedicate time without getting bored, but also can learn music at an accelerated rate without relying on sheet music, which is supremely impressive.

I mean to be fair anyone can play a instrument at any age it's only when they play very complicated pieces that people say I was eating soap at this age my cousin plays piano and she's 9 but she's at beginner level because she never practices then complains about how I am better at it than her even though she started playing months before me but because I practiced more in a day than she does in 1 month I got way better it doesn't matter your age if you put no effort into ever trying to get better at something then of course your gonna stay the same no matter how much time goes by

Good suggestion David. I do the same thing. It blows my mind we are at only 175 K for Yoyoka while people (drummers or other type musicians) with far less talent or charisma have over a million sometimes. I just can't explain it. Nothing I like better than a family band. You have the closeness & the challenge of different personalities but also the universal energy of music. Such families are lucky indeed.
Of course it becomes very subjective because of the language gap and whatnot, but Asians don't have much creative talent of their own. It is all just replication of European pioneering. Same with all of their technology, medical advancements and the like.
There are a lot of musicians who cant read sheets tabs scores but have a good ears and play beautifully. Ludwig van Beethoven lost his hearing at 26 but still made compositions after.

When I went to a church in the town my grandpa lives in, there was somebody jamming on the drums for all the songs in the beginning, they did pretty well. Then after a young boy walked out and I was surprised. Sometimes I underestimate kids and I am a kid.
