    I would say 60-70% diet and 30-40% exercise tapos discipline and perseverance kasi medyo matagal na process pero worth naman.

    Wow galing! Pero pro tip lang mga besh, masyado nang mababa ang 800cal/ day intake. Yes tama na nag diet siya into 1800cal/day pero para ibaba pa sa 800cal nung pumayat na siya is a no-no, nakakasira ng metabolism yun. I wonder kung may nutritionist siya? Dapat max of 6 weeks lang ang intense dieting then slowly work your way up (+50 cal/week) until she reaches her maintenance calories (use a macro calculator). Or if hindi pa siya kuntento sa physique niya, -500cal lang dapat below maintenance calories. Dont go intensely below that number. It pays to do your research din. I hope I was able to help someone sa mga shinare ko if you want long term results. God bless! 🙏🏼

      im 1700 tapos 5'1 lang... for sure end up binge eating siya.....ok lang sana kng hindi siya nag eexercise...reverse diet dapat sa kanya...hehehe para no diet this is real life ang drama...hindi sustainable ang 800

    Sa mga makakabasa nito 800 calories is too much..Remember na need ng body ng calories to work properly..A calorie defecit should be -500 calories lang daily
    ..So for guys around 1700 a day for girls around 1500 a day..

    Ako rin. From 78 down to 64kgs. Self discipline lang talaga ang kailangan para ma-achieve mo ang gusto mo. Wala pa ko sa goal weight ko pero ramdam ko na yung pagbabago sa katawan ko.

    Noong nagwork ako sa Saudi as a nurse, grabeh ang intermittent fasting ko nun. Hindi ko sinasadya pero sa sobrang busy sa surgical ward, I lost 11 kgs. Talaga. Breakfast at 5:30am tapos wala ng kain2x tubig at flakes lang tapos 9pm na ako nakakakain pagbalik galing ng duty. From 65kgs naging 53kgs na lang ako.

    Hi guys! It's very healthy to exercise and limit your sugar intake but please consult ur doctor if your planning to do some diet plan, esp trying the 700-800cal it's not recommended.

    secret is choose the right food that suits your body BMI required... fasting between 14-16 hrs ( sleep included).. if you eat , full stomach is required to avoid cravings or snacks.. ( any meat / eggs / seafood no carbs at all (bread..rice.. pasta)... i maintain my 120/80 bp and sugar is at 119 only (i drink coke ) so far in 7 days i lost 1 inch on my waistline.. i felt lighter already... substitute 3-4 eggs for your rice (less yolk for me) no restrictions on the fried meals like lechon kawali .. or bacon... i go for more chickens and BBQ cooking. and fried fish ..

    Ako naman from 60 to 56 within one month, i'll try even better for the next month para mas lalo pang mabawasan ang timbang ko. Thanks for the tip, ifofocus ko na ng 80% sa food intake kasi mas nakafocus ako sa exercise.

      @@kristinekhankhan1508 tsaka wag mo ipagsasabi na nagdadiet ka, pagmay nagtanong lang saka mo sagutin, hwag mo rin pansinin kapag may nagsabi sayong nagslim down ka na, ignore it kasi medyo hindi siya obvious pero yung effort mo naglalacking na kasi feel mo lumiit ka na talaga. Uplift your spirit, talk to yourself, sabihin mo paglumiit ka na masusuot mo na lahat ng gusto mo confidently, hindi ka na nila pagtatawanan, magiging healthy ka na against diseases, etc. Kaya mo yan! Medyo matagal ang process pero worth it siya. Kapag napansin mo walang masyadong nabago, baka mawalan ka na ng amor, hwag, hindi to agaran. Be patient, usually 5-6 months talaga before you finally see the big big difference.

    I was 98 kilos to 82 now for 8 months hirap magpapayat tama tlga ung diet nya gnyan dn ginagwa ko although hnd ako active s excercise veg. And brown rice 3 time a day lng ang kain at lunch lng mg rice atleast 1 cup of brown rice and veg.. nkakaliit tlga xa ng tummy

    From 50 kilos, 47 kilos nalang ako sa loob ng 1 month. Tamang self discipline lang talaga.I keep on exercising every morning tsaka kapag may time ako pag hapon. I ate 2 cups of rice everyday and 6 white eggs. Yes white eggs hahaha. I'm a systemic lupus erythematosus patient by the way at gamot din sakin yun. I'm doing a water therapy also. Every morning, I drink 1 glass of water. Every hour, I drink 100ml of water. After 30 minutes of exercising after drinking, don palang ako kakain. After eating, I'll wait for 10 minutes and then 2 glasses of water. Ganon ginagawa ko every meal. By the way, I'm 153cm, and my normal weight is 43. I'm 14 years old.

    Lose weight properly. Those promoting low calorie diets like 500-800 are just basically setting themselves for the yoyo effect of the weight loss. Legit, because your metabolism slows down, the weight can rebound fast. Huwag niyong sanayin ng sobrang kaunti kasi kapag kumain na ulit kayo ng normal, babalik at babalik yung timbang niyo. Don't seek immediate gratification of your weight loss goals. Paghirapan niyo kasi mas worth it yun.

    Dati 202lbs ako ngyon 189 pro prng d ako naniniwala sa timbang kc impossible kc lagi akong kain ng kain 😂😂😂 a few months ago i tried to lose weight, bnabawasan ko ang knakain ko, i also tried intermittent fasting, exercise like cardio pro noong bumalik na ako sa work na sstress ako pag na stress ako lgi akong kumakain😂😂😂but now gusto kong subukan ulit! 🙏 kontrol lng tlga sa knakain and exercise, noong nag exercise ako hnd sumakit likod ko, nagkakaroon ka ng energy, hnd ka humihingal pag naglalakad ka

    Intermittent fasting ginawa ko...from 105 kg down to 77 kg nalang ako...wala pang gastos...wag lang kumain ng mga pritong pagkain at matatamis..

      Ganyan din ung weight na gusto ko ma achieve. 75 kls ako dati. No workout talaga ko, tapos nag start ako diet sobra 1 month na. From 75 to 65 in just 1 month. I hope this is ok, baka kasi hindi normal ung ipinayat ko. 😞

    Gosssshh! I'm 20 years old. Very obese. 😔 201 lbs. and 5'2" ang height . I really need discipline. Tried to lose weight pero mas lumaki pa ako. Huhuhu.

    ako nagsi.60 days challenge ' pang day 12 ko palang .
    bago ko nag start mg diet 75kls ako ..
    day 9 nagtimbang ako . 70kls nalang ako pero mbigat padin ..
    goal ko khit 60kls manlang sana in 2months ..
    ang hirap pero kailagan tlgang tiisin ..
    no rice ! ska 16 8 pasting ..
    effective pero mhirap tlga pero masasanay din ung katawan pag tumagal tagal na

    Ay kong para saakin warm water lang evry day before lunc ok na 75 kilos ako before noe is down 56 kilos waitline ko before 34 dahil subrang taba ko ngayun is waistline ko is 26 im proud myself tunangal kolang lahat ng sweet at more drinking water lang basta hindi malamig tapos insted of cofee i will drink tea no sugar evry fery effective talaga

    75kg now 71.2 kg nalang no rice ang diet meal ko.every morning drink warm water with acv tapos before bedtime ulit another cup of water with acv.discipline lang sa sarili para ma achieve mo ung weight loss mo.

      J Espiel I eat a lot of rice with healthy side dishes and I maintain my 95 to 100 lbs. I don’t eat junk foods though or any heavy fried food. I only drink water and tea and I don’t snack. I don’t think rice will make you fat.

      @@prescillaolangcay6055 i ate a lot of rice then, was able to consume 5-6 cups per meal ended up weighing 96kg. When I started eliminating rice from my diet , I lost almost 20kg in the process.... Now my weight stayed 60 kg or less...Eating a lot of rice was my major weight contributor.

    Ako ang tip ko lang bilang dating 67kg down to 53kg in 3months is avoid the food na madali mag bacteria sa loob ng tummy.Bacteria and Food ng bacteria(sweets)is d real culprit in gaining wait i swear..Something with sugar makes your gut bad bacteria happy...Make it a habbit to take probiotic capsule also instead of any unknown diet pills...
    Believe it or not,in my experience its true..PROBIOTIC WITH HIGH STRAIN IS THE KEY.
    Reminder:
    Dont take any form of probiotics with hot water..hot water may kill the good bacteria of the probiotics.

    I wonder... Gano katagal yang "real quick" na pagdadiet na ginawa nya bago nya naachieve yung result na meron sha ngayon. 6months? 1 yr? 2yrs? Saka 800kcal? Beshie no-no na yun ang recommended nga sa women is 1200-1500 kcal. Since nagwowork out ka naman okay na ang 1200kcal kung super concious ka sa figure. Besides active naman ang lifestyle. So... Keri na 1000-1200. ♥♥♥

      Madami nman kasing studies tungkol sa pagpapapayat na magkakacontradicts kasi,may studies na nag aagree sa sinasabi nyo at may studies din like sa water fasting na ok lng kht puro tubig lang pra ung nakareserve na fats ang magamit ng body pra maburn,iba pa ung about sa intermittent fasting at sa omad which is 1 form din ng IF

    Pasensya at determination ang secret sa pagpapayat. Pagwala ito , Hindi ka successful, Know your reason bat kailangan mo magbawas timbang. What made me determined na magbawas timbang ,was when my blood na yong poo ko. I was 94.5 kgs that time. Kung kayat nag search sa you tube papaano magpapayat. Because I was very impatient at ayaw ko matagal result, hinanap ko yong diet na madali result. At yon nakita ko military diet. It was my starting diet plan. It works for me 3 days without exercise , 3 kilo nabawas..after military diet nag count na ako nang calories .. and now I'm 67.5 kgs. Still not on my target weight , but I know I'm getting there.

    Im on Keto.
    1000 calories a day is the bare minimum. Anything under that might put your body into starvation mode which then force it to store fats instead.

      @@stormy7028 I recommend that you use exercise app. Para you can record your workout in a daily, weekly even yearly bases. That has been a great help to push me to work out. Parang virtual reality addiction hahaha. So instead of playing in a video games, you yourself is the main character :). (I am personally using this (ua-cam.com/video/WHJ2CtsGeaw/v-deo.html) for five years now. Fitbit is also popular, meron na rin sa iphone na ganito but a gadget that has heart rate monitor is more beneficial especially kase it gives us alot of information about the entire work out, which could give us idea what we can do better for the next session. Don't worry, I dont work for any of those company that I mentioned. I just really wish every one well and I know the start is really a battle. God bless you din.

    Parang ang risky ng diet nya. Try highfat lowcarb diet. 🤗 I am also doing lowcarb and intemittent fasting! Sobrang effective din neto. No exercise. No calorie counting.
