In Todays video I earnt a whopping £0 GBP However I that is part of self employment and thought I would document that journey of the ups and downs with you , This video mainly consists of me ranting , Driving and Picking up materials from every single shop in Stafford.

I forgot to comment when you posted vid, EICR on rented now is 5 years and just a visual check on change of tenant recommended but not mandatory. Also the labels on domestic aren't a must anymore either according to the niceic guy we just had - neither is a torque driver.
Agree with the % pot, got that on monzo and it's really handy for tax. Nice to see you doing well though!

Tax will be 20% of your profit after tax code and all expenses etc. So youll have a lovely pot at the end of the year.

Yep, 6% would be ideal, 4% the minimum, else I'd say invest in s+p500, hopefully to earn 8%+ per year.
Starling pays 3.25% which is better than most banks tbh but always be looking around.

Placing any stickers on the board is no longer required following ahmendment 2. Only alternative supply labels are required on domestic installs I.e PV. But it’s down to personal preference if you still want to use them.

@@stevecraft00 No you don’t pal. EICR check form is there for previous installs. Any new installations don’t need them. So it becomes N/A as they can be exempt in domestic properties. Regulation 514.9.1 now contains an exception for domestic (household) premises.
Regulation 514.9.2 has been introduced to advise that all diagrams, charts, and information or instruction notices comply with the applicable standards specified.
Regulation 514.12 (Notices: periodic inspection and testing) now contains an exception for domestic (household) premises in certain situations.
Regulation 514.12.2, concerning the RCD notice, has been modified and now contains an exception for domestic (household) premises in certain situations.
Regulation 514.14 concerning non-standard colours has been deleted.
A new Regulation 514.16.1 has been introduced requiring a label to indicate the presence of SPDs. However, there is an exception for domestic (household) premises or similar.

Hi Adam which accounts package are you using I have quickbooks and I can save my receipts straight into it from taking a picture then later allocate them to the right place
But most software lets you do this some charge extra
