Btw, I have already prepared cash for lelong unit of southlink. Cheaper and more profit than these first hand buyers.

UOA的住宅项目的detailing都几乎大同小异的 可能有很多人会抱怨比较闷 但是UOA的做工老实说相当不错的 以SV这种不算走高档价格的项目来说 我第一次拿钥匙时是有被impressed到 里面给的器具或设备比如门窗,扶手,卫浴设备,地板面料等这些都是肉眼可见地扎实有质感,就连墙壁都几乎是平滑没有波纹的,相比我之前跟某些名牌发展商买的手工差defects多到受不了的单位,UOA反而让我挺满意的。还有UOA有一个优点是他们的landscape不会差,虽然不是特别新颖的设计但是在简单中还是能体现层次感,这点就很不错。

恭喜你! 会是各有千秋。 GoodWood没有那么多单位,单位是属于比较大户型的。 goodwood属于比较中上价位。target的住户和租客都会有些不一样。可能租给家庭式 或比较有budget的,or 可以有灵活性 做co-living

我两年前住在Bangsar South South View Serviced Apartments住了两年, 电车近不过吃东西蛮不方便的,像华人kopitiam之类的都很远,大多数都是吃空人钱包的餐厅。
是的,那里比较商业化,所以办公大楼居多 多数都是餐厅 cafes等,吃的都比较中上的价位~那之后是 搬离开bs了吗?😁
@@ginni_9431 我之后搬到sentral了,BS那一带附近有个roti canai banjir蛮不错吃的,而且蛮便宜,我和同事去那边吃各自一杯teh,nasi lemak 加roti canai banjir加起来还不到10块钱。
