Mans broke it on purpose for the vid u can see he was trying to land on the middle with all his weight so it would snap in half but a weak spot cracked instead
If you look you can see that the board broke there where there was a gap between the miniboards if you place them like tiles are placed it might hold more without adding any other material to it.

Next time put some fibers in it to give it some structural integrity
And stagger the tek deks like brickwork
Try to assamble the fingeboards like bricks on the wall. If you can individually design them to be lighter and more durable, it'll probably work
