I notice that you change your controls two times at around 32:30. It appears as if you change it from classic bond to Nightfire. Considering how late in the speed run this is and that there does not appear to be any trick involved (unless you are skipping a Rook-related cutscene that I forget where it triggers), then I am left to speculate that you must have switched runners at this point. Is this true, or am I missing something?
Enemies Vanquished (lvl 3), Island Infiltration (lvl 9), and Equinox (final level). Beyond that me and Gamerfreak conversed before/during most of the levels about new strats/ideas.
This being a childhood game and being a speed runner myself really makes this video special to me. I never knew that crouching was sensitive enough in this game to allow for clipping. How difficult is it to clip through walls given the correct surroundings? I might just try to find some clipping locations in the multiplayer maps and scare the shit out of my friends if it is consistent enough :D I see the general instructions on how the crouch-clip is performed, I just haven't tried it for myself.
Man this is childhood memories right here man & to be honest, I think this was Ol Pierce's best Bond portrayal in the video games he was in, & this was the best Bond video game up to date! What do y'all think? Especially for those who played the video game?
the mechanical movement of this run makes it feel like robocop playing the game.especially like robocop with the excessive shooting of enemies when they're already dead
How did you get those snowmobiles to crash down onto the road in order to jump the car up? I managed it once on accident and spent the better half of the day failing to replicate it.
I know if you think about old games too much they lose their magic, but how tf does james just walk in the front door of a party after killing the guards outside and raising the alarm and nobody is like hey whos this guy

I think aleckermit did that part. IMO Nightfire controls are more accurate.
