I could see this as not just a boardbot update but a lore reason to do something far more sinister. Remember that toons will get an animation update as well, so if the boardbots: the bosses of all the other cogs, got an update to their models; it would mean that lower branches would also be encouraged to and be faster to update themselves as well. I can see this action being a reason to update each departments older cog designs afterwards and then focus on HQ and specialist cogs (like the v.p.) getting an upgrade in their own update. ------ An example could be in order (and this is just a theory): ------ -Boardbot Update -Sellbot Update -Bossbot Update -Cashbot Update -Boardbot HQ Release -Bossbot HQ Update -Sellbot HQ Update -A new update we don't know about since they'd want to spread out big updates. Something like the new cog bosses in scale. -Cashbot HQ Update -Bossbot HQ New Mangement -Bossbot HQ Overclock Update -A new update we don't know about since they'd want to spread out big updates. Something like the new cog bosses in scale. -Cashbot HQ New Mangement -Cashbot HQ Overclock Update -A new update we don't know about but it's huge. Something larger than the cog bosses but again this spot is here for pacing and to avoid repetition. -Sellbot HQ Update (I'd say new management but the V.P. already has a successor working for him so it could go anywhere) -Sellbot HQ Overclock Update -Another unknown update but it could be something like field offices. eg. new content that isn't huge but adds a bit more variety and stuff for cogs to do. -Boardbot HQ Remanagement (Craig and ottoman will still be incharge but something more sinister is at play) -Boardbot Overclock Update -A largescale update that would likely start a new chapter in the story. Maybe another map page or an area where the cogs came from/sending products to. I would love to see them rework the C.O.G.S. HQ idea from alpha/beta toontown with each department in the HQ representing a cog suit piece factory and once you get all the parts you get to fight the boss of all cogs. And if this got added... -Overclock Update for this new HQ boss. ------ These are just guesses but just that alone is around... 10-20 years of updates and story alone. Not to mention the ending could be something really cool. Like a giant cog who stands in the center and the toons run around it on a circular platform with the boss in the center; giving both a huge scale final boss and fun unique gameplay. :D
Because sure most of them are pretty cool, but the big one is the big fish everyone likes the big fish like wasn’t there a time where Clash had the original big fish in one of the areas before It got removed
@@Shy_guy700Look, the Boardbots have horrendously outdated designs stemming from a way different philosophy (or lack thereof, because y’know, early Clash is… Ugh…). Big Fish in particular is weird.
Hey since it has been 2 weeks can we have a update on what happen in the arg and the new bots intradouced since it will be swee to hear some new info about it
Until they prove why Boardbots Should be updated i'm going to feel very negative about it. They have almost 0 content why boardbots Surely they have a plan.....right?
boardbots as they are currently are an ancient relic of project altis and needed to be scrapped anyway, so now that they have a design philosophy in place for revamped cogs (see: the lawbots, the managers, etc. etc.), why not update boardbots now?
It’s interesting how you mentioned The Dividend King in this Video. 2:15

bro’s thinking 50 years in the future
Great vid! This is my first ever clash update getting to experience first hand, so I’m so hype to see where things are heading
also Bagholder and Circuit breaker give me huge Wario and Waluigi vibes 😂
The update goes crazy
Who, hopes that they don’t get fired

I think that maybe this update will give them content so people care about them more. Hopefully it expands on them way more
Agreed
they already said they are not adding specialists or an hq yet. so its probably cosmetic.
