This song is now stuck in my head because of how Catchy and memorable it is since it's tied to both this game and the old Pac-Man TV show its hard not to think of this iconic song that was used in the game and also the TV show

The high quality rip might just be this though, for all I know this looks like it's running the original HQ video. Seeing as the game samples sound just as they did in videos (0:58 - 1:06) So it may be a cover using the game samples, and they music as they found it, but I don't think so.
Update: I found it. An old youtube video on what I believe is the history of Pacman. It starts off with a very similar song.
