For people saying that the quaker (the smaller parrot) is scared or frightened here, you clearly don't understand bird behaviour. JoJo is loving the attention, and if at any point wanted out, would've flown away, or hopped down if his wings are clipped.
Quakers Bob a lot when they are happy; I should know, mine is 22 years old. DS it isn’t Bird behavior per say; that’s just how quakers react. Birds don’t act like humans or dogs dogs do when they are scared.😉

Not sure which is which, but with the chattering the ring neck is doing, leads me to believe that it was hand reared and taught to speak..........It's really adorable to watch the two together, and to listen to the "gimmie kiss" and clucking and chirring while the other just bobs the head very fast...
