All these foods can still be eaten in moderation. Too much of anything is bad for you. A packet of chips every 3 months or so won't kill you. A gummy bear or two once a week is not that bad. My husband loves Nutella but he doesn't eat it everyday. A jar of Nutella lasts him a whole year. Moderation is the key.
