Moebius is a huge influence in my own Str8 Sounds electronic music production. Be sure to listen to his "Transphone" performance, which is far more spontaneous improv, abstract noise soundscapey. What a total genius this man was! A real pioneer with his band Cluster and then with his solo and duo work.

Mon esprit dérive si facilement sur ces belles mélodies éparses, tantôt calmes, puis insistantes, tièdes et proches, tellement intimes, puis s'enfuyant sur des modulations rusées ; de majeur à mineur, tournant paresseusement comme des feuilles dans un ruisseau !
