With Superman gaining his power from Earth's yellow sun Thor could probably use the bifrost which is magic that he can wield with Stormbreaker to take him and Superman somewhere the yellow sun isn't. Thor is by far a much better and far more experienced fighter. If Thor had Storm Breaker, I think it would be game over for Superman.
